dislike and suggestion

I still have strange about content of book. It is dedicated to beginner among network. I for myself have no use other than recommending to beginner and intermediate user. But then again I am not reader of book. Most of chapter are vague and do not explain things in detail. Sometime Dale rather describe not to do instead of writing how to do.

---: break start

Dale's comment on this:
"It was a strugle (sic) to write.
[...]
And they still ask -- all time -- "how do I install SLIP?"
I think is to say anyone who ask question would get a lot out of book."

---: break end

I am not happy with chapter 'Question and Answer'. This is joke. Question like 'how do i connect my Amiga' are answered with 'have money--get ethernet, have no money--use floppy disk'. And important question about how to connect your Amiga with world of PC start answering with: 'Use Sneakernet [disks]'--in book about networking. I suggest to Dale to rewrite chapter completely and give hints - even beginner can not be satisfied with version.
